Jeremiah 3:15
Pastor Steve Baxter is a native of Washington, DC. At just seven years old, his mother, began planting seeds of faith in his heart by reading to him bible storybooks. Those early moments awakened an awareness of the Father that would shape the course of his life.
Growing up, Pastor Steve witnessed firsthand the importance of love and stability within both the household and the community. Surviving the devastating effects from the “War on Drugs” initiative in Washington, DC, he made a personal vow that the trauma of his past would never cast a dark cloud over his future family.
In 1996 after a honorable service in the Marines Pastor Steve relocated to Tampa and with his wife Lady Keisha Baxter, started their family. The seed of the Father that had been planted years earlier began to mature. Understanding that true love and stability could only come through the Father’s love, Pastor Steve gave his life to Jesus Christ in 1997. He embraced the Word of God as his salvation and committed himself to studying it day and night, determined to become the husband and father he had promised himself he would be.

“I have a passion for God’s people. I received my license as a minister on February 8, 1998, and was ordained on September 3, 2006. I can still remember my first sermon—‘Jesus, Your First Love.’ Twenty-eight years later, I still teach that same message.
My anointing is from Isaiah 58:12:
‘And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.’
I carry an anointing that mends the breach in an individual’s soul, allowing them to yield fruit from the seed of the Word of God without their soul impeding the process—making every area of their lives habitable for the Spirit of God.”
